There are assorted Rat Ogre Parts, Giant parts, Horse heads from Chaos Knights, Space Ork parts, and lances from Chaos Knights, which will be painted up to represent the Warpstone spikes that are sticking out of it.

I “borrowed” my son’s dragon (I had already harvested its wings for a Great Taurus), removed the head, back legs, and front feet, and started green stuff-ing different bits all over it. One of the great things about this unit is that Games Workshop currently does not have a model for it, so all you have to do is read the entry, use the drawing for inspiration, and start building! According to the description, this is a large worm-like creature that has had several Rat Ogre parts grafted to it. This will be a fully constructed Hellpit Abomination in a couple of days. I figured it was about time for a Work in Progress entry. Sounds like a lot, but I’m already halfway done. This week I’m working on 3 Flamers, 3 Screamers, a Rhino, 3 Rat Swarms, 2 Rat Ogres, a Packmaster, a Plague Mortar, a Grey Seer, Prince Sigvald the Magnificent, and a Khorne Exalted Hero BSB. I finished the Chaos Lord on Behemoth, Plague Furnace, Plagueclaw Catapult, Ratling Gun, and Plague Priest. All of the weapons are magnetized, so I can use all of the different options available. Unbelievable rules for this model, so I’m looking forward to trying it out.

Overall, I think I sunk about $50 into this, which is most likely less than what the actual model will cost when they finally release it. This was made from a Rhino, Valkyrie wings, and an old GI Joe Skyhawk that was cut in half.

I got these Storm Raven ideas from Jawaballs at.
